Submit your request for an appeal if you believe an unusual event or condition related to the administration of your exam caused a significant adverse effect on your performance during your testing experience or if you had a personal hardship situation that prevented you from testing.

Please include:

  1. A valid reason for appeal
  2. Additional supporting documentation

Our team will review your request and send you a written response within 10 business days of receipt, unless further information or details are required.
