Registration and Scheduling

Once your Training Program Director has uploaded your training completion information and your application is approved in TULIP, you will receive an email from Prometric with your username and password. You can then use the link below to access the TX Nurse Aide portal to schedule or reschedule your testing appointment and pay any associated fees (via credit/debit card or voucher).

Testing Accommodations

Prometric provides a variety of accommodations to candidates that qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Select your requested accommodations in the TX Nurse Aide Portal and email the required documentation to HHSC at regulatory_natcep@hhs.texas.gov.  HHSC will review/approve.

IFT Event Coordination
